Nedzo sells AI agents across voice, chat, email and social, priced per “outcome” rather than per minute. It is a broader product than ours and an impressive one — if you need one agent handling every channel, they are built for that and we are not.

When Nedzo is the better buy
If your customers reach you across five channels and you want one agent covering all of them, Nedzo is built for that and this product is not — our receptionist answers a phone line. They also publish HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance and offer a 14-day trial; we hold none of those attestations today and offer no trial. If a signed compliance document or a trial before payment is a requirement for you, that is a straight answer rather than a negotiation.
