Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee. Everything is billed monthly with no long-term contract and no minimum term — cancel from your dashboard at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. There is no cancellation fee and nothing to phone in for.
Can I end up with a bill I did not expect?
The only usage-based charge anywhere is receptionist call time past your plan's included minutes, and it is capped at what a bigger plan would have cost — each month you are billed on whichever plan works out cheapest for the minutes you actually used. The agent allowance is a hard cap rather than an overage: when it is used the agents pause until your period rolls over. Everything else is covered by the flat fee.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. You give the receptionist your hours, services and pricing in a form, and we provision the phone number for you — it is live the same day. Forwarding your existing number to it is something you switch on with your own carrier, and switch off the same way.
What happens if it cannot answer a question?
It won't guess — if it doesn't know something, it offers to have someone follow up instead of inventing an answer. You can also set rules for when it should transfer to a human directly.
