Acceptable Use Policy

Clone Suite and AI Phone Receptionist exist to let you scale your own voice, likeness, and expertise — not anyone else's. This page is the specific line that matters most: read it before you sign up.

The core rule

You may only create a Voice, Image, or Video Clone of yourself, or of someone else who has given explicit, documented consent that you can produce if we ask. Our consent-verification step exists to check this before any clone gets created — it's not a formality.

Never allowed, no exceptions

• Cloning a real person's voice, face, or likeness without their verifiable consent.
• Using any clone to impersonate someone, commit fraud, or deceive a third party.
• Generating content intended to harass, defame, or threaten anyone.
• Political deepfakes, or any output designed to mislead about who is actually speaking.
• Sexually explicit content of any real, identifiable person.
• Using AI Phone Receptionist to place unsolicited robocalls or violate telemarketing law (TCPA and equivalents).
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Anything illegal under the laws that apply to you.

What happens if you violate this

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without a refund for the current billing period (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy), and we'll cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Report a problem

If you believe someone has cloned your voice or likeness on AI Builders without your consent, or is otherwise misusing the service, email info@ai-builders.co — we take this seriously and will investigate.
