Refund & Cancellation Policy

Memberships (AI Assistant, Clone Suite, AI Phone Receptionist, Support Widget, All-Access)
All five are monthly subscriptions you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time in the current period.
Video Clone credit packs
Video credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable — the underlying provider cost is committed to your account the moment you buy them, not when you use them. Minutes you don't use don't carry over or get refunded; they expire unused.
If something on our end went wrong
If a generation run fails or produces unusable output because of an error on our side (not because the AI output simply wasn't what you hoped for), we'll retry it or credit the minutes/run back to your account — email us with the details.
Termination for abuse
Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy aren't entitled to a refund for the current period.
