Privacy Policy

This describes what AI Builders collects, why, and how it's protected — including the biometric-adjacent data (voice recordings, photos, video) that Clone Suite and AI Phone Receptionist necessarily involve, since cloning a voice or likeness is the entire point of those products.

What we collect

Account: email and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Clone Suite: a voice consent recording and the resulting cloned voice, a set of your photos used to train a personalized image model, video/photo used to create a talking avatar, and any bio/writing samples you provide for Brain Clone. Each of these is collected only after you complete that product's consent-verification step.

AI Phone Receptionist: your business's knowledge base (hours, services, FAQs, pricing), the phone number provisioned for you, and call recordings/ transcripts from calls your assistant handles.

Payment: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Site analytics: browsing behavior on this website — pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and session recordings of on-page activity — collected by Microsoft Clarity to help us understand what visitors are actually trying to do on the site. This is website-interaction data only: it doesn't use your camera or microphone and isn't related to the biometric data described below. Password and payment fields are always masked and never captured. Clarity uses first-party cookies tied to Microsoft's broader identity/advertising ecosystem (not just this site) to do this — see Microsoft's own Clarity documentation for the full technical detail.

Biometric data specifically

Voice recordings and photos/video of your face are biometric identifiers under laws including Illinois' BIPA, and Texas and Washington's biometric privacy statutes. We collect this only with your explicit consent at the point of verification, use it only to generate outputs for your own account, never sell it, and never share it beyond the AI providers necessary to run that generation (listed below). You can request deletion of your biometric data and any derived clone assets at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Who we share it with

We use the various processors to actually generate your content — each receives only what's necessary for the specific run. Site-wide, Microsoft Clarity collects the browsing analytics described above from every visitor, not just customers. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Consent recordings and photos are stored at unguessable, unlisted URLs that are never linked anywhere on the public site or in search results — they're fetched only server-side, either by us or by the specific AI provider generating your content at that moment. Database access is restricted and encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and everything tied to it (including biometric data and derived clone assets), or ask us to stop processing it, at any time — email info@ai-builders.co. We'll act on deletion requests within 30 days, including asking our processors to delete their copies where their systems support it.

Children

AI Builders' products are not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially.
